The 2026 Events

The program of convenings.

Each convening brings senior and emerging leaders together for grounded, substantive conversations about how power is held, sustained, and transformed.

Leading Differently

Women, Power & Politics

Across Canada's political institutions, women are stepping into visible and consequential roles—as Members of Parliament, Chiefs of Staff, senior public servants, strategists, and policy architects. Yet the cultures of political power were not designed with their leadership in mind. This convening is about how authority is exercised inside democratic institutions—how influence is built, how credibility is sustained, and how leadership can endure under pressure.

Lines of Defence

Women at the Frontlines of Change

Canada's defence and security sector is at a hinge moment—shaped by geopolitical pressure, rapid technological change, workforce shortages, and rising expectations on institutional performance. Women remain only 25–27% of the sector, yet the question is no longer representation alone. It is who shapes decisions, how leadership operates within complex systems, and whether the sector is mobilizing its full leadership capacity. A curated, half-day strategic gathering convening 150–200 women across defence, security, government, industry, and academia.
